The ubHER project, was a collaborative project with a team to develop a comprehensive campaign pairing Uber with women's empowerment. Our campaign "She's On Her Way" addresses the stark leadership gap women face despite making up over 50% of the population and earning the majority of undergraduate and graduate degrees.

We designed a multi-channel approach featuring in-app experiences that spotlight women-owned businesses and female drivers.

Strategic billboard placements with empowering messaging, branded car advertisements, and engaging social media content encouraging women to share career milestones using #ShesOnHerWay.

aunched during International Women's Month, the campaign positions Uber as more than a transportation service, it's a symbolic partner in women's journeys toward breaking glass ceilings in male-dominated industries.

Through thoughtful copywriting and strategic executions, we reinforced the message that "a woman's place is wherever she wants to be," challenging gender stereotypes while establishing Uber as an ally in female advancement and achievement.
